Investment Opportunities

Prodo Laboratories is focusing its investment opportunities in the company in a product-focused manner, called Product Based Investment (PBI) rather than traditional equity investment in the company. There are several new product opportunities that are under development. As preliminary results define these opportunities to be ready for investment, a product based business plan is developed defining the product, the required product development remaining, the potential market opportunity, specific timelines for market launch, and costs required to achieve its completion. Investors are sought to fund each product entered into PBI providing two years of funding for the specific product. For some products this funding should be sufficient for launch. For more complicated products, additional funding may be required. For each PBI product candidate, the investment required can come from single or multiple investors to complete the product development to successful launch.

Return on PBI investment is aggressive for the product investors. PBI investors can share up to 25% of profits on the product after launch until their original investment is returned. Profit sharing for investors drop to lower levels as the return passes double and triple return on their original investment. At a negotiated investment return point, the investors profit share falls to an ongoing minimum rate for the life of the product. Regular reports on product development progress will keep investors up to date on Prodo Labs ability to meet the pre-defined milestones.
